Azbil Kimmon Corporation's Calibration Service Center is a registered and accredited business that complies with accredited international standards based on the traceability system of the Measurement Law.
The Calibration Service Center calibrates critical nozzles and flowmeters for various gases and issues calibration certificates with the JCSS accreditation symbol.
On March 22, 2019, we were accredited by the Accreditation Center of the National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE) for expanding the pressure range in the category of gas flow rate, for which we are registered as a JCSS※1 calibration service provider. As a result, we are now able to provide JCSS calibration services with one of the largest※2 calibration ranges in Japan in the gas flow category.
In June 2003, our Calibration Service Center was registered as a JCSS calibration service provider for gas flow rates in the pressure range of 90 to 400 kPa (abs) and flow rate range of 6 to 1000 m³/h (with the exception of 6 to less than 50 m³/h, which is near atmospheric pressure).
With this expansion of the accreditation range, we are now able to support JCSS calibration of flowmeters with actual volume and pressure, from small-diameter flowmeters to large-diameter flowmeters such as those used in LNG carriers and main lines of gas companies.
